I offer free one-one therapy, or group therapy, for anyone who would like to feel happier, more positive and generally more confident within themselves and in their interactions with others.

Suitable therapy for men, women and young people who would like help for all kinds of worries and fears. Following are some examples:-

Anxiety, stopping smoking, weight control, alcohol control, fear, misuse of substances, depression, habits, obsessions, abuse, accusations, intimidation, victimisation in the workplace, loss, bereavement, emotional trauma and much more, please ask.

I continue to update my skills with the latest, development course. Suitable for people of all beliefs, backgrounds, faiths, religions and none in particular.

I am a Christian and enjoy the belief-free practice of this kind of high-level therapy designed to help you to move forward.
